Longitude wire feeding-European design
Panasonic servo motor & planetary reducer can send line wires much further, suitable for long extra wire.
Specially designed steel tube, easy to feed the line wires.
Line wires are automatically clamped by SMC air cylinders, no need to adjust for different wire diameters.
When pulling mesh, the slot tunnels are lifted automatically. It can avoid welding electrodes worn.
Cross wire feeding
The cross wires feeder is specially designed.
There is one motor& hardened reducer that feed a bulk of wires to the insider feeder continuously. It can bear max.1T wires.
Panasonic servo motor & planetary reducer & coupling controls cross wire falling, big torque, more accurate and stable.
One SMC bally air cylinder controls one welding electrode. The welding electrodes are water cooling type.
Upper copper arm connect two welding electrodes, much easier for electric conduction, long service life.
1000mm² lower copper plate connect lower welding electrodes and welding transformers, much easier for electric conduction, long service life.
The electro-magnetism valves are all SMC brand, originally imported from Japan, good quality.
Cast water-cooling welding transformers, One transformer control 2 welding electrodes. Welding degree is adjusted on touch screen by PLC.
Panasonic (Japan) servo motor 2kw&planetary reducer to control mesh pulling, high precision, big power.
The up & down of pulling hook is controlled by SMC (Japan) air cylinders.
The mesh pulling distance (cross wire space) is adjusted by PLC on touch screen.
