Machine Description
Our New structure of main machine with welding cross beam and 12mm thickness bottom
plate,high stability, shock-resistance, strong reinforcement.
One-piece crossbeam is welded in the designed platform, then metal processing to ensure
high strength and precision of crossbeam.
The final assembly is also finished in the designed platform, to ensure high whole performance.
Copper bush, long service life, but high cost .Copper bush of our machine has good abrasion
performance and is beneficial to machine axis rotating.
The device is to recycle use the lubricating oil.It is a newly technology developed by our engineers
in 2017.Only our machine has this device.
The one-piece crossbeam has a very complicated production process. So, the machine precision
