Low carbon steel wire roll mesh welding machine
This machine used to make construction mesh, wall mesh, animal cage, mining etc. The raw material can be low-carbon steel wire, black wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire. And
we can accept any special orders from clients.
Feature of the machine
1. Both of the longitude wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically
2. The middle cutter can be adjusted randomly to make two mesh rolls at same time.
3. We use Schneider electric components, Delta inverter in the electric control cabinet.
4. Welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.
5. The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the control panel.
6. The mesh roll length can be set by counter switch on the control panel.
7. We will use the best quality main motor&reducer, it will be equipped with inverter.

A: We have different types, so could u tell me the specification you want: wire diameter, mesh
width and mesh opening.
Q: What is the production of the machine?
A: For the cross wire space 1/2'', the production is about 90m/h; for 1'' opening, the production
is 180m/h.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: 30%T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipping, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or cash etc.
Q: What's your packing way of the machine?
A: Main welding machine with plastic package and would be stabled by steel wire. The spare parts
in the wood box auxiliary equipment in the container. (One 20 feet container)
