Machine Details
Welding Part
One SMC bally air cylinder controls one welding electrode. The welding electrodes are water cooling type.
600mm² upper copper plate connect two welding electrodes, much easier for electric conduction, long service life. 1000mm² lower copper plate connect lower welding electrodes and welding transformers, much easier for electric conduction, long service life.
The electro-magnetism valves are all SMC brand, originally imported from Japan, good quality.
Cast water-cooling welding transformers, One transformer control 2 welding electrodes. Welding degree is adjusted on touch screen by PLC.
