Description
1. The machine adopts synchronous control technique. The center control and welding time is composed of digital and integrated electric circuit. This operation is accurate, it's has stable function, firm weld point and without weld tracks.
2. Not only welding speed is fast but also is easy to learn and operate. The longitude wires are fed from rolls and through precise wire straightening and positioning device.
3. Step motor controls fallen cross structure and drawing materials are automatically.
   It's accurate, the edge of mesh are regular, it's unnecessary to slice the side.                                
4. The finished mesh could be in rolls or in panels.

Usage of the mesh
Highways, railways, bridges, Wai Shan (fence, fence); construction (building roof mesh), construction of buildings, roads, tunnels, water, bridges, concrete pavement, ground floor.
 

Control System
The control system adopts synchronous control technique. The welding time and separate welding are controlled by computer with PLC program touch screen system and HMI.

Mesh Falling Part
The mesh falling system is controlled by step motor.

Mesh Sending Part
The mesh sending system is controlled by computer. Step motor controls fallen cross longitude wire, longiyude wire is fed from the coil automatically.

Welding Electrode
There are 48 pieces of electrodes that are special-designed and are made of column copper. They show little wear rate and can be used on multiple sides.

Transformer
This machine equips 8 pieces of typical and efficient transformer, which has 8 grades, enlarging the welding wire diameter range. Every two welding electrodes need a water cooling transformer.

Power Voltage
The machine welds wire by supporting temporary current, so it requires electricity. We can design the machine according to the power voltage in your country.
