Description
1.Control system
Adopt synchronous control technique,the cent-control and welding time are composed of Panasonic PLC& CNC control system .The input front panel adopt touch screen ,make the operation intelligent and reasonable
2.Mesh drawing system
The mesh pulling wire adopt Panasonic servo motor , its very accurate and stable ,can control its space at very small error and keep the mesh panel flat
3.Wire feeding system
1.Cross wire feeding from the multi hopper device automatically , its capacity is over ten times than the traditional hopper
2.The long wire should be put into the slot tunnel by worker manually , by adjusting slot tunnel ,can fed different diameter wire , make the mesh aperture accurate.
4.Welding electrodes
There are 24 pcs of water cooling electrodes that are special-designed and are made of square column copper. They have little wear rate and can be used on two sides
5.Welding Transformer
The machine equips with 12 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling transformers, which has 8 grades, enlarging the welding wire diameter range.
