1.Stir type drawing box, wire can be evenly powdered, drawing die can be used longer, wire can be rounder.
2.Block diameter: 560mm; Material: 1045 steel (ATSM), spray welded and wear-resistant processing on surface and inside of the block, roughness ≤ Ra0.8 and hardness HRC ≤ 50.
3.On each drawing block, there are guide wheels controlled by air cylinder and sensor switch. Once the wire is broken, the machine can stop automatically. There is oil hole on each wheel.
