Welded roll mesh making machine
This machine also called roll mesh production line, electric welded mesh machine, which is used
to makeconstruction mesh, wall mesh, cage mesh etc.

1. Both of the longitude wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically

2. The raw material is suitable for low-carbon steel wire (black wire) and galvanized wire.

3. Middle cutter and sider cutters can adjuste randomly to make two mesh rolls at same time.

4. We use Schneider electric components, Delta inverter in the electric control cabinet.

5. Welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.

6. Welding time and welding current can adjuste on the control panel to adjust the welding degree.

7. The mesh roll length can be set by counter switch on the control panel.
