The mesh pulling car is driven by a Panasonic servo motor along a grinded-hardened gear rack. This ensures absolute positioning accuracy for perfect mesh length without cumulative errors.

Critical pneumatic components like cylinders are from SMC (Japan), guaranteeing reliable, consistent, and durable operation for all clamping and feeding actions.

The reinforced cross-wire hopper holds up to 1 ton of material, enabling long, uninterrupted production runs and drastically improving efficiency, especially for 4-6mm wires.
