Reinforcing mesh welding line, also called BRC mesh welding machine, concrete mesh welding
machine, used to make steel rebar mesh, road mesh, building construction mesh etc.

	SMC (Japan) 90 bally air cylinder Output power increase 20%. Air consumption save 30%. Air cylinder length reduce 60%, short stroke. Welding pressure: 570KG. Piston rod don't rotate. Single-acting cylinder, connect with electromagnetic valve by one air pipe. Compared with old type machine, total power consumption saves 50%. The welding speed can be up to max.80-100 times/min.
Panasonic servo motor&planetary reducer can send line wires much further, suitable for long extra wire. Specially designed steel tube, easy to feed the line wires.
	There is one motor& hardened reducer that feed a bulk of wires to the insider feeder continuously. It can bear max.1T wires.
One SMC bally air cylinder controls one welding electrode. The welding electrodes are water cooling type. Upper copper arm connect two welding electrodes, much easier for electric conduction, long service life.
	Panasonic (Japan) servo motor 2kw&planetary reducer to control mesh pulling, high precision, big power. The up&down of pulling hook is controlled by SMC (Japan) air cylinders.
