Main Technologies
1.300mm^2 copper wires connect upper electrode and lower electrode base directly.(New welding way)
2.We use copper plate to connect lower electrodes and welding transformers, high efficiency.
3.Pneumatic welding, controlled by SMC (Japan) air cylinders. Electrodes 20*20*20mm, can be used 6 sides
4.SMC (Japan) air cylinders for cross wire feeding, cross wire patting, mesh pulling roller up&down.

5.Longitude wire input mouth, it's new type and easy to adjust and change the core of die.
6.The electro-magnetism valve is SMC brand, imported from Japan. The quality is much better.
7. The cable drag chain is European design, very good quality, not easily hung down.
8. Pulling rack is J&T brand, made in Taiwan, the pulling distance is more accurate, less noise.
