Main machine
I Main Machine Description
1.Both of the longitude wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically.
2.Raw material:Low-carbon steel wire and galvanized/ stainless wire.
3.The middle cutter and sider cutters can be adjusted randomly to cut one roll mesh into tow roll mesh at one time.
4.The roll mesh length can be set by grid counter switch on the control panel.(counter number=welding times)

III Machine Advantage
1. Separate control
Our machine adopts separate control technology, 1 switch, 1 SCR and 1 electric board controls 2pcs welding transformers, making the welding transformers working separately to reduce the capacity requirement of power transformer, reduce the impact current.
2. About the welding transformers
We use sealed air cooling welding transformer or water cooling welding transformers(high temperature countries), with copper inside, the scrap&slag won't fly in easily while welding.Old type machine use no sealed welding transformers, with aluminum inside, easily burned.
3. About the button&speed meter
Our machine designed new position for the button&speed meter.It adopts Delta variable-frequency which can adjust frequency and save energy.They will not broken easily like before and be much easier to operate now.
4. Fame brand
We will use Schneider electric components, Delta inverter in the electric control cabinet, Mengniu brand main motor & Guomao brand reducer which is famous in Jiangsu Changzhou, it will be equipped with inverter.
