2.Drawing box
(1) Drawing box adopt welded structure, has two zones.
One is drawing powder lubrication zone, the other one is drawing die water cooling zone.
(2)Rotating mold box, wire can be evenly powdered, drawing die can be used longer, wire can be rounder.
(3)First box adopts vertical motor to control; the other boxes adopt horizontal motor to control.
(4)No.1 and No.2 drawing blocks adopts reducer, other drawing blocks adopts synchronous belt,
high transmission efficiency and low noise, speed is also higher. Noise ≤80dba.
(5)Wafter flow for drawing die and drawing blocks can be adjusted. Guide wheel tension can be adjusted.
(6)All drawing blocks can work independently, or work together.
(7)There is one emergency stop rope switch on the drawing blocks. Machine can stop when you pull the rope.
(8)Brake time: normal shutdown: ≤30S, quick shutdown: ≤10S, emergency shutdown: ≤5S
