The machines of this series are of horizontal design, ensuring smooth running and high productivity with special coiling machine, bobbin winding machine as spare parts.

Application: NW series Hexagonal Wire Netting Machine is designed to produce hexagonal screens with galvanized low carbon steel wires, suitable for structural, heat insulation, protective, and fencing applications.

Features:
1.Button screen, easy to operate, high precision.
2.New machine has auto stopping function. When wire is broken and spiral wire is used up, the machine can stop work automatically.
3.Double driving blocks to drive twisted gears, more smooth and fast.
4.Special designed device to recycle lubricating oils, easy to maintain machine.
5.Wheel core with cast steel can well improve the toughness and wear resistance, the same as Italy machine.
6.Welding cross beam and 12mm thickness bottom plate, shock-resistance, strong reinforcement.
7.Professional designed platform for metal processing to ensure high strength and precision of crossbeam.
8.Copper bush to decrease wearing out under main machine continuous working.
9.Cam with nodular cast to increase wear resistance.
10. Our dragging plate is with lining. So, it is not easy wear out. Its life is long.
11. Auto stopping function to stop machine automatically when wire is broken and spiral wire is used up.
